Barbourville High School Earns Runner-Up at the 50th District Governor’s Cup; Lynn Camp finished Third.

Barbourville High School claimed the Runner-Up spot in the 50th District Governor’s Cup Competition held on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018. The Tigers fell to Clay County in the over all standings but placed in the top five in all of the categories except math and social studies. The medal winners will advance to Regional play the second week of February for a chance to advance to the State Competition later this year.

Lynn Camp High School’s Quick Recall Team took second place in the Quick Recall Competition at the 50th District Governor’s Cup in 2018. Overall the Wildcats finished third behind Clay County and Barbourville.
