Barbourville, Ky. – Twins, Arabella Emery Lawson and Isabella Aislynn Lawson, 20 weeks’ gestation, passed away December 27, 2025. Their parents, Cody and Megan Lawson, siblings, Colton and Mia, and extended family were eagerly anticipating their arrival and are greatly saddened by this loss, as they loved them immensely.
Left behind to mourn their passing, are their parents John Cody Lawson and Megan Danielle Lawson, brother Colton Harris, and sister Mia Harris. Paternal grandparents Jimmy and Lisa Helton, Maternal Grandparents Joey Bunch and Kathy Phipps. The twins are also survived by their Aunts’ Teonna Helton and Gina Bohnert (Clark), and Uncle Joey Bunch.
The Lawson family will receive friends on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at Hopper Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour of 2:00 PM. Reverend Scott Phipps will officiate. Arabella’s and Isabella’s father, Cody, will serve as Casket Bearer. Interment will follow the funeral service in the Disney Cemetery, Bailey Switch, Knox County, Kentucky.
