Jerry Dylan Mills, age 28, passed away on Monday, August 4,2025, at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Ky., after a brief illness.
Jerry was born on November 7, 1996 in Corbin, Kentucky to Jerry Mills and Barbara Depew Mills.
Jerry is preceded in death by a Paternal Grandmother; Lena Vivlia Mills and Maternal grandparents; Jessie and Mary Depew.
Along with his parents, Jerry is survived by one daughter; Delilah Mae Sheffield, one brother; Josh Mills, one sister; Natasha Mills along with numerous relatives and friends to miss him and mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Jerry Dylan Mills will be conducted on Saturday, August 9. 2025 at 2:00 P.M in the chapel of Barbourville Funeral Home. Reverend Mark Gibbs will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Mills Family Cemetery. Family will receive friend from 10:00 A.M until the time of services at 2:00.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
