Obituary for Judith Marie Poff Kessinger, 77

 Mrs. Judith Marie Poff Kessinger, age 77, wife of Calvert Daniel Kessinger of Hwy 830, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Sunday at her residence.

      She was the mother of Blanche Marie Hoskins of Elizabethtown, Kentucky and Margaret Elizabeth Sturgill of Columbus, Indiana. She was the grandmother of Hollie Whitehead of Columbus, Indiana, Rachel Mills and husband, Joe of Corbin, Kentucky and Cameron Owens and wife, Mercedes of Barbourville, Kentucky. She was the sister of Johnny Ray Poff and wife Kathy of Stroud, Oklahoma and Troy Poff and wife, Rose of Richmond, Kentucky. She was also blessed with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

      She was of the Russian Orthodox Faith and attended the St. Athanasius Orthodox Church in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, George Matt Poff and Margaret Ann Ray, by one brother, George Michael Poff and by a sister-in-law, Marcella Poff.

      The family of Mrs. Judith Marie Poff Kessinger has requested that all services be PRIVATE. Burial will follow in the Mills Family Cemetery in Corbin. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
