Barbourville, Ky. – Keith Lynn Mills, 51, of Flat Lick, Kentucky passed away May 14, 2025. Keith was the son of Clarence Mills and Dorothy Hurst Mills born to them December 14, 1973, in Pineville, Kentucky.
Keith was a kindhearted man who cherished his relationships with family and friends. He was a graduate of Knox Central High School and a lifelong farmer. Keith was also a talented wood worker, specializing in cabinetry; his beloved brother Bobby worked many years alongside him. Keith treasured time spent with his family, his dog Grace, his horse Katie and in the great outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and four wheeling. Keith will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
Left behind to mourn Keith’s passing is his Son Travis Jake Mills, Daughter Sydney Jade Mills, dear friend and ex-wife Beth Mills, Brother Kenneth Mills and his wife Sherrie, Niece Kendra Mills, Nephew Adam Mills, Uncle David Mills, and Sister-in-law Lisa Mills. In addition to his parents Clarence and Dorothy Mills, Keith was preceded in death by his Brother Bobby Mills.
The Mills family will receive friends at Hopper Funeral Home on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 3:00 PM until the funeral hour of 5:00 PM. Pastor Scott Smith will officiate. Interment will follow the funeral service in the Mills Cemetery, Flat Lick, Kentucky. The family has chosen as Casket Bearers: Terry Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Kristofer Scalf, Adam Mills, Dusty Allen, Ethan Carmack, Jeff Creighton, Glendale Mills, and Tate Slone.
