Melvin Dean Miracle, age 80, of Corbin, Kentucky departed this life on Sunday, September 21, 2025, peacefully at his home.
Mr. Miracle was born on September 18, 1945, in KayJay, Kentucky to the late Clyde and Mary Davis Miracle.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Gloria Batton Miracle. 2 brothers, Hobert and Charles Miracle. Along with 2 sisters, Launa Pittser and Nina Sowders.
Melvin is survived by his 3 children, Glenda Kaye Martin and husband Ricky, James Miracle and wife Lee Charlene, and Doug Miracle and wife Christy. 4 grandchildren, Dusty and Tiffany martin, Jessica Guerrant and husband Dan, and Hannah Miracle. Along with numerous nieces and nephews and relatives and friends to miss him and mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Melvin Dean Miracle will be conducted on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 2 P.M. in the chapel of Barbourville Funeral Home. Brother Glenn Collins and Brother Hobert Miracle Jr. will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. until the time of services at 2 P.M. at the funeral home.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
