Phillip Wayne Vaughn age 52, of Barbourville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Mountain View Nursing Home and Rehabilitation in Pineville, Kentucky.
Phillip was born on December 12, 1972, in London, Kentucky, to Donnie Vaughn and Wilma Gilbert Vaughn.
Phillip is preceded in death by one brother; John Peace, two grandfathers, Henry Vaughn and Arnold Gilbert, one aunt; Elizabeth Gilbert Taylor, one niece; Kacie West.
Along with his parents; survivors include one son; Brandin Vaughn (Fiancé Marsee), three God sons; Jimmy , Trevor and Dakota Kidd, five grandchildren; Brynlee, Kaliah, Zekiah, Ruger, and Elizabeth Vaughn, one brother; Clinton Vaughn (Jennifer), one sister; Jennifer Peace, three nieces; Courtney , Caitlin, and Ashley, one nephew; Charlie, three great nieces; Bailee, Maci and Kinley, one great nephew; Zeppelin, two close friends; Don Peace and Robert Taylor, a Mamaw Pearl Blanton Gilbert, along with numerous other family and friends to miss him and to mourn his passing. A very special thanks to Mary King for all of her care and compassion.
Funeral services for Phillip Wayne Vaughn will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Barbourville Funeral Home. Brother Terry Roberts will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Taylor Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 6:00 P.M until 9:00 P.M at the funeral home.
