Mr. Ricky Wayne Hacker, 66, of Barbourville, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 15, 2026 at his home. He was born July 19, 1959, the son of the late Earl C. and Mary Florence Stewart Hacker.
Ricky was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith. He was a mechanic at heart and could fix anything. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time on the lake.
On February 27, 1978, he united in marriage with Connie Rose Adams, who preceded him in death.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Garrett and Ruth Stewart and Jess and Effie Hacker; an aunt, Sharon Chesnut and an uncle, Otis Junior Stewart.
Survivors include his son, Ricky Brandon Hacker and wife, Alysha, of Warren Camp; two cherished grandchildren, Willa and Meadow; beloved friend, Kathy Richter of Michigan; among other loved ones and dear friends.
His funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Monday, January 19 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Terry Broughton officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Hutchins Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be family and friends.
Friends may visit at the funeral home Monday after 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
