Mr. Ronald Ray Chadwell, age 76 of Corbin, Kentucky, departed this life on Sunday, March 29, 2026 in the UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was born on September 22, 1949, the son of Clarence Chadwell and Juanita (Hill) Chadwell. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and served his country in Vietnam.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Wayne David Chadwell.
Left behind to mourn his passing, his daughter, Kara Chadwell, two sons, Christopher Chadwell and Ryan Chadwell all of Barbourville and two grandsons, Kristian Cheek of Louisville, Kentucky and Deaven Cheek of Lily, Kentucky. He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
A graveside service for Mr. Chadwell will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin. Military honors will be provided at the graveside by the local D.A.V Chapter. Family & friends will meet at the cemetery on Friday prior to the service.
