Mrs. Rosalee Payne age 75 of Cumberland, Kentucky departed this life on Sunday, December 4, 2022 in the Harlan ARH regional hospital. She was born on April 4, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Luther Payne and Mossie (Harris) Bala.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther Payne and Mossie Bala and three brothers, Charles Payne, Steven Bala and Stanley Bala.
Rosalee enjoyed reading her Bible, puzzles and video games.
Left behind to mourn her passing, three brothers, Joe Bala and Ray Bala both of Lynch, Kentucky and David Bala and wife Elisha of Tennessee, two sisters-in-law, Sheila Bala and Oma Bala both of Cumberland. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Rosalee will be laid to rest in the Bala Cemetery in Linefork, Kentucky on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 12:00 noon. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
