Tabitha LaShea Smith, age 32 of Barbourville was born on September 6, 1992 to Ronnie Smith and Maggie Yeager Kluesner and departed this life on April 25, 2025 in the UK Mackey Cancer Center in Lexington.
She is survived by her loving parents: Ronnie Smith and wife Leona and Maggie Kluesner and husband Chuck; 2 brothers: Ronnie Smith, Jr. and Scottie Smith and wife Amy Smith, and sons Austin and Mason Smith; 2 children: Spencer Jaxon Smith age 12, and Caylee Lawson age 8; paternal grandmother: Mary Yeager; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Service will be Saturday May 3rd, 2025 at Living Waters Pentecostal Church, located at Cumberland Gap Parkway, off 25 E, in Gray Kentucky. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Rev. Charlie Humfleet will be officiating. A Meal will be served for family and friends after the service in the church gathering hall.
A private ceremony will follow the meal at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a donation basket for her children will be set with the welcome book in the church lobby.
