Mrs. Tami Lea Wilburn, 59, of Gray, passed away Sunday morning, August 10, 2025 at her home. She was born February 10, 1966 at Gray, the daughter of the late David and Barbara Mills Saylor.
Tami was a former ophthalmic technician and believed in the Christian faith. While Tami enjoyed many hobbies and interests, her heart’s greatest passion was her family. Being a wife, mother and grandmother were roles she embraced with endless love and dedication.
On June 22, 1985, she united in marriage with Tim Wilburn and to this union a daughter was born.
Survivors include her loving husband, Tim Wilburn of Gray; a daughter, Candice Good and husband, Chris, of London; brothers, Jimmy Saylor and wife, Faye, of Corbin and Tommy Saylor and wife, Mebelin, of Hawaii; cherished grandchildren, Cadince and Deacon Good; several beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; among other loved ones and dear friends.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Friday, August 15 at 2 P.M. with Dr. Tyler Shields officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Merrimac Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Chris Good, Jimmy Saylor, John Wilburn, Jeff Reed, Cody Faulconer and Colby Bales.
Friends may visit the funeral home Friday after 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
