Mr. Terry C. Wells, 59 of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026, at his home surrounded by loved ones. Born on December 26, 1966, in Barbourville, he was the son of Herbert C. and Genie Wells, of Woodbine, Kentucky, and the late Margie Sue Lawson.
Terry was an electrical engineer for RMS Energy. Terry was an avid deer hunter and Harley Davidson rider. He loved his motorcycles and enjoyed gun collecting. As a H.A.M. radio operator, Terry was also known by his handle, “Outlaw Big Nasty”.
In addition to his father and step-mother, he is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Martha Florence Wells; son, Kurtis C. and Kearstie Wells of Lancaster; daughters, Nikki Tyler Arnold of Somerset, and Cheryl and Joey Drinkard of Nicholasville; sister, Teresa and Kenny Coffey of Pine Knot; brother, Felix Moses, Jr. of Pine Knot; several grandchildren; among other loved ones and dear friends.
A graveside service will be conducted in the Wells Cemetery at Woodbine Thursday, January 15 at 3 P.M. with Bro. Jonathan Grizzell officiating.
Casket bearers will be Kurtis Wells, Christopher Baker, Joey Drinkard, Kenny Coffey, Doug Wells, Johnny Mosley and Seth Mosley. Honorary bearers include Nick and Christine Swartz.
Friends may visit at the Ramsey-Young Funeral Home in Lancaster Thursday between 11 A.M. and 1 P.M and locally at the cemetery prior to the graveside service.
