The senior from Houston, Texas, earned a spot as an honorable mention.

Brown is the 19th NAIA All-American in program history and the 10th player to receive the honor under head coach Kevin Burton.

Brown was a steady contributor to the Bulldogs’ success this season, averaging 12.1 points and 7.7 rebounds per game to go along with 38 assists and nine double-doubles. He was also stout defensively as he registered 63 blocks and 23 steals.

Nationally, Brown ranked eighth in total blocks, 18th in blocks per game (1.853), 23rd in total rebounds (262), and 29th in field-goal percentage.

The All-American honor adds to a couple of other honors Brown received this season. He was named to the All-Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) First Team and to the AAC All-Tournament Team.

Brown helped the Bulldogs win AAC regular-season and tournament championships this season, marking the seventh year in a row Union accomplished this feat. The Bulldogs also qualified for the NAIA Division II National Championship Tournament.

Union finished the season 24-10 overall and 18-6 in the AAC and ranked No. 16 in the NAIA.
