David Allen Mullins, age 43, of Flat Lick, Kentucky, departed this life on Monday, March 30, 2026, at his home.
David was born on August 17, 1998, in Pineville, Kentucky, to the late David Merida and Carolyn Mullins Johnson. He was of the Pentecostal faith.
Along with his parents, David and Carolyn, David was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Helton and Barbara.
David leaves behind his fiancé Hope, six children, David Allen Mullins Jr (fiancé Michael Partin), Austin Dakota Mullins (fiancé Amy), Alex James Michael Mullins, Justin Mullins, Nick Mullins and James Michael Allen Sturdivant, one granddaughter, Ava Mullins, one brother, David Clint Merida, a sister, Sammie Joe, a favorite Aunt, Teresa Allen, and a favorite Uncle, Scotty Mullins,, a special cousin Joey Mullins (Hanah) and their son Isaiah, along with other relatives and friends to miss him and to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for David Allen Mullins are not yet complete at this time.
