Randy Todd Smith, age 66 of Flat Lick, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. He was born on September 26, 1959, the son of Ike Smith and Maudie Miller Smith who precede him in death, he was also preceded in death by a sister Arthena Mills and a brother Kenneth Chuck Johnson.
Left behind to mourn his passing, his sisters, Claudetta Dean Warnock of Flat Lick, Adean Cole of Dewitt, Leon Johnson and wife Tammy of Cannon and Stanley “Sambo” Smith and wife Loretta of Flat Lick and a special friend, Ashley Mills. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.
