Tonia Renee Crawford Smith, age 49 of Barbourville, was born in Knox County, KY on August 21, 1974 to the late Johnnie and Sudie Brown Crawford and departed this life on January 9, 2024 in the Barbourville ARH Hospital. She was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed shopping, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, caring for the family, and time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents: a daughter: Makayla Lynn Smith; 2 sisters: Anna Garland and Cordia Lynn Crawford; and a brother: James Crawford preceded her in death.
Tonia is survived by her loving husband: Tony Smith of Barbourville; her children: Travis Johnny Smith, Hannah Marion and husband Victor, and Tonia Marie Smith all of Barbourville; 2 brothers: Larry Crawford and wife Donna of Corbin and Gary Crawford of Williamsburg; 2 sisters: Faye Miracle and husband Dean of London, and Regina Moses and husband Boss of Williamsburg; 5 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Tonia Smith will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Glenn Collins and Rev. Brian Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Crawford Family Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Barbourville Funeral Home on Friday Evening from 6 to 9 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to the funeral hour at 2.
