Stanley “Eyeballs” Grubb, age 73, of Barbourville, Kentucky, departed this life on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at his home.
Stanley was born on March 21, 1953, to the late Otto and Ermalee Bargo Grubb. He was a member of the Big Poplar Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
Along with his parents, Otto and Ermalee, Stanley was also preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Ray Grubb, one sister, Helen Grubb, four brothers-in-law, Curt Gatliff, Bill Sequra, Robert Logan, and David Blanton, four sisters-in-law, Hildridge Bunch, Liz Blanton, Edith Logan, and Ruth Grubb
Stanley leaves behind his loving wife of over 50 years, Barbara Grubb, two sons, Jamie Grubb and wife Julie, and Jeremy Grubb and wife Becky, nine grandchildren, two brothers, Dennis Grubb and David Grubb, along with other relatives and friends to miss him and to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Stanley Grubb will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 1:00 P.M in the chapel of The Barbourville Funeral Home. Brother Jerimiah Sutton, Pastor Roy Sutton, and Pastor Marshall Freeman will be officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 6:00 P.M until 9:00 P.M at the funeral home.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
